Southern Towers – The Graham
An interior unit renovation of 459 units including a mix of both standard and ADA units.
Snell Properties hired Sugar Mill Construction (SMC) for a full interior renovation of all 459 units in The Graham building of the Southern Towers community, including a mix of both standard and ADA units. Each new unit was furnished with new cabinets, quartz countertops, doors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, drywall and paint. The existing parquet was refinished and the bathrooms were retiled. Unit layouts were adjusted to modernize the space and bring new life to each unit. The entire community was also fitted with electronic access control. All Renovations completed while maintaining occupancy in the building.
