A conversion of an existing garden style hotel into a UFAS Accessible assisted living facility.

Hillside Senior Living needed a full interior renovation to convert an existing garden-style hotel into an assisted living facility, all while maintaining occupancy and full service; we delivered. The scope of work included all new cabinets, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, bathroom tile and all necessary cosmetic renovations and restorations.

Because this was an assisted living facility, it was extremely important that the entire property be FHA/CDA Certified, which required a full fit-out of all units to make them UFAS Accessible. This also included the addition of 2 new elevators and installation of elevated walkways throughout.

Rebranding and updating the property required a complete exterior renovation including new siding, roofing, site concrete, trim and all exterior renewals and modifications. Finally, we completed a full build-out of the new office and leasing space; as well as a community kitchen, gym, laundry room, and other common areas for activities like arts and crafts.
