The conversion of a 10 story hotel into residential apartments with luxury amenities.
Bernstein Management Corporation required a remarkable conversion project, and hired Sugar Mill Construction (SMC) to transform a 261-unit hotel into residential apartments. With a project of this magnitude, the involvement of professionals was imperative to the successful delivery of this hotel-to-apartment conversion.
The renovation of each unit was comprehensive, with SMC installing new cabinets, flooring, countertops, and appliances, along with modern bathroom accessories, light fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint. The project also included the gutting and re-building of all common areas, corridors, and the development of amenity spaces such as a gym, leasing office, package room, bike room, employee kitchen, laundry rooms, co-working lounge, clubhouse, dog spa, tenant storage room, and bathrooms.
The end result is a seamless blend of modern living and high-end amenities that has set a new benchmark in hotel-to-apartment conversions.
